Click Rewards to see your current rewards balance or redeem your points.

Benefits of Reward Points for Registered Customers

Once you register, you will be able to earn and accrue reward points, which are then redeemable toward your next order. Rewards are an added bonus to your shopping experience on the site and just one of the ways we thank you for being a loyal customer.

Earning Reward Points

Rewards can currently be earned for the following actions:

  • Purchases — every time you make a purchase, you earn points based on the price of products purchased and these points are added to your Reward Points balance.
  • Registering on the site.

    Reward Points Exchange Rates

    The value of reward points is determined by an exchange rate of both currency spent on products to points and an exchange rate of points earned to currency for spending on future purchases. You can earn 10 points for every $1 you spend.

    Redeeming Reward Points

    You have the ability to view and manage your points through your Rewards Points page.

    You can redeem your reward points at checkout. If you have accumulated enough points to redeem, you can redeem them through your rewards account for a discount code. At checkout, enter your discount rewards code into the discount section on the right side. Coupon codes cannot be combined.

    Exclusions: Sale items, Bridal collection, "14K Round Diamond Studs," "Platinum Signature Round Diamond Studs," and Gift Cards

    Please note that reward points will be deducted from your reward point total if any purchase is returned.

    Reward Point Terms and Conditions

    • Your reward points account is activated by signup/login
    • Points are not redeemable on purchases made prior to point system activation
    • Points cannot be earned on Sales Tax, Shipping, or Gift Cards
    • Returns will be deducted from your points balance
    • Points are redeemable for merchandise only — they do not have a cash value
    • Accounts cannot be combined and are non transferable
    • Ring Concierge has the right to change awards, guidelines, and restrictions at any time.
